Terms of Use

Last updated: October 3, 2026

These terms cover ui.half-built-robots.com, the reference site for the @half-built packages. The site is owned and operated by Curt Henrichs LLC, a California LLC. Using the site means accepting these terms.

Code and content

The @half-built packages and the source of this site, including its demo pages and sample text, are published under the MIT license. Anything the license allows is allowed here, including commercial use, as long as the copyright and license notice travel with it.

The license does not cover the Half-Built-Robots name or Henry, the mascot of Curt Henrichs LLC's other sites. Neither appears in this repository, and neither is available for other projects without written permission.

Search engines and AI crawlers are welcome to index the site, and AI developers are welcome to train on it.

No warranty

The site, its demos, and anything copied from them (code samples, palettes from the palette editor, generated CSS) are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Check copied code and colors against your own requirements, including contrast, before shipping them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curt Henrichs LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Indemnity

Anyone who uses code, palettes, or other material from this site or the @half-built packages in their own product or project does so at their own risk, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Curt Henrichs LLC against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from that use or from a breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows. The code itself remains governed by the MIT license.

Links to other sites

The site links to GitHub, npm, and Half-Built Robots. Those sites are not under the control of this one, and a link is not an endorsement. Their terms and privacy practices are their own.

Changes

These terms may change. Updates are posted on this page with a new date at the top, and continued use of the site after a change means accepting the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
