Accessibility

This is an accessibility statement from Curt Henrichs LLC for ui.half-built-robots.com, the reference site for the @half-built packages.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for making web content accessible to people with disabilities. This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the standard.

Technical specifications

The site relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript working with the browser and any assistive technology in use.

Known limitations

1. The palette editor accepts any base colors. The shipped palette is what the automated checks test, and a custom palette can fall below the contrast requirements. The editor shows the contrast ratios of the current palette next to the controls, and its reset button restores the shipped colors.

Please report any issue not listed here.

Assessment approach

Curt Henrichs assessed this site by self-evaluation. Every change to the site also runs an automated check (axe-core) against the level above, on every page in both the light and dark themes and with the interactive demos opened.
